Server rollback?

 Hi, 

I have only been playing the game for 2 days and like the concept. 

The server went offline recently and when I could reconnect, the game had rolled back something like 14 hours meaning I had lost nearly half of what I had already achieved.

How often is the game backed up?

We were trying to update the servers, but this wasn't working well.

To fix this we had to rollback to a snapshot from 1AM. So this meant we lost 7-8 hours.
